Gabriella joined the ANA Brokers’ team in 2018 as a Telemarketer/Receptionist. She was born and raised in Mansfield, TX. She graduated from Mansfield Legacy High School in 2013 and went to college at Concorde Career Institute for Dental Hygiene. Gabriella has a background in teaching preschool, office management, and retail. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, watch Packers football, and travel.
Craig Nall is a business broker and intermediary who has a well rounded background in the small business market. As a business owner himself, along with other corporate experience, Craig brings invaluable marketing, negotiating, consulting, and enterprise connections to his clients. After first attending LSU for 4 years, he transferred to Northwestern State University (LA). Craig was then drafted in the 5th round of the 2002 NFL Draft to the Green Bay Packers as a quarterback. During his professional football days, Craig inherently developed a strong work ethic to support the leadership abilities, communication skills and competitive attitude, which can be seen in everything he does.

Dustin has been a sales executive and manager for over 20 years. He started his career after graduating with honors from the University of South Florida, in the high-end and extremely specialized medical device arena. Through his commitment, knowledge and work ethic, Dustin has always been at the top of his profession. In high stressful environments Dustin’s customers and clients can always count on his professionalism and experience to get the job done. His passion for real estate was realized 20 years ago when he purchased the first of what would become many investment properties. This passion led to the transition to a top producer in the residential and commercial real estate market. With 10’s of millions in real estate transactions, he is committed to helping each of his clients through personalized service and industry knowledge. Dustin has also bought and sold his own personal businesses so he understands whats on the line on every transaction. He has won numerous awards and still enjoys staying on top of all the latest real estate and business trends and techniques. His motivations are his three children, his wife and his faith. They continue to be the cornerstones for his continued success.

Judy Chiang is a licensed real estate sales agent in Texas and has been a resident of DFW for more than 30 years. A mother and wife who adores her family, embraces challenges, and has an insatiable desire of acquiring new knowledge in various avenues. Robert Reed joined ANA Brokers after years of operating high-end volume public golf courses in the DFW area and ultimately became a principal owner on his last project. Robert continued to grow his skills as an entrepreneur and became an expert in all phases of the industry. Robert graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.S. in Hospitality Management, minor in Business Administration, and is also Licensed Sales Agent. He currently resides in Highland Village with his wife Kate and daughter Brianne. Robert is highly proficient in all sides of the business sales process including general brokerage services and commercial transactions. He is known for going the extra mile for his clients to ensure they are well informed, while keeping a \"happy to do it\" attitude throughout the process. Tim is a Dallas native who joined the ANA Brokers' team as a business and commercial real estate broker. His knowledge and experience in a variety of markets has helped him succeed at a very young age. Having started, operated, and sold vending, retail, and Ag science businesses of his own, he can fully relate to business owners throughout the selling process. Mr. Heydari is a full service broker to all of his clients and excels at matching buyers and sellers nationwide. He is well seasoned in commercial lease negotiations and investment property sales and is known to think outside the box with creative marketing and finance structuring. Tim's portfolio includes several multi-million dollar business transactions, tenant rep retail build outs, and project leasing and sales. Tim learns and adapts quickly to variety of markets and his diversity has proven success in the industry. Tim double majored in electrical engineering and mathematics with a minor in business administration from Southern Methodist University. He also earned a master's degree in environmental engineering from Southern Methodist University.

Susan Tehrani entered the Business Brokerage market in 1997 and quickly rose to a top producer as early as 1999. With millions of dollars in deals closed to date, she is always working on the next best deal. Great agents have versatility which means she can list and sell in high volume while providing timely contact with multiple clients. Great agents also are responsive to their clients. She returns phone calls and monitors the statistics on a regular basis to keep customers and clients informed in a changing market. Susan Tehrani is a Persian native with a background in accounting, business ownership, and brokerage services. With three great children, a wonderful son-in-law, and a new grandson, she enjoys life to the fullest. Her favorite activities include spending time with her family and friends and volunteering at PCC. With her established long list of clientele, she always services the needs of her clients and looks forward serving you.
For more than 50 years, Oscar Heydari has had an entrepreneurial business background as diverse as his international roots. Mr. Heydari has firsthand knowledge in starting and operating successful businesses both private and public from the ground up, including automotive, retail, food service, software/tech, and professional service industries to name a few. His experience in the local DFW market is bar none when it comes to small business and mid market transactions, considering his near 30 years within the brokerage community. His capability in finance structuring, negotiating, and efficiently closing deals have been a strong backbone for the notable firms he has established. Oscar has also consulted and served on the boards of several companies. His number one passion is for business and family, but on his off time he enjoys being an avid sports fan and being involved in his local community.
Nima Radfar started at ANA Brokers in March of 2010 as an the head IT Advisor and Marketing assistant. Born in Iran, raised in Germany, and moved to the US in summer of 1996. He has always had a love and interest in computer hardware and software. He attended JJ Pearce High School followed by Richland College in Dallas. Nima graduated with his associates degree in Applied Sciences in 2005 and thereafter enjoyed success in his small production company. He is fluent in many languages including German, English, and Farsi. In his spare time he enjoys quality time with his wife, family, and friends.

Matthew Pennock joined the ANA Brokers\' team in December of 2014. Born and raised around the real estate industry, he is ready to follow in his families footsteps and enter into the business on his own. With a developer and architect for a grandfather, a commercial property manager for a father, and a residential real estate agent for a mother, he grew up seeing the business from all different facets. From a very young age, Matthew knew he wanted to join the real estate industry as a commercial agent. He will do whatever it takes to make sure his clients are informed and pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. Matthew is proficient in all aspects of the industry, but thrives on tenant representation.
Melissa joined the ANA Brokers’ team in 2017 as the Office Manager. She was born and raised in Rockwall, Texas, attended and graduated from Rockwall High School. She specializes in organizing office operations to ensure effectiveness while supporting office staff. She is proficient in all aspects of office administration as well as customer service. Melissa has 15+ years of management, administrative, and client services experience. Over the past 10 years, Melissa has held various positions including Medical Front Desk Coordinator, Retail Cash Office/Supervisor, and Bank Teller. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2009 with a degree in Criminal Justice. In her off time, Melissa enjoys college football (Go Big Red!), reading, knitting, and spending time with her family.

Sam joined ANA after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Sam is an enthusiastic and versatile licensed professional with a diverse skill set which includes business administration, marketing, and finance. With his unique approach to selling, Sam identifies the critical factors in order to effectively meet his clients' needs and has succeeded at a very young age. Sam is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission and a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals.
Senior Business Broker
Brett joined ANA Brokers in mid 2011 after a stint of business ownership of a wine retail website and wine brokerage in the State of Texas, following a lengthy career with Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies as an account manager providing business enabling technology solutions to clients of all types and sizes. He also performed freelance journalism and auto column writing during this period. Prior to his HP days, Brett was a carrier based Naval Aviator following graduation from Northwestern State University of Louisiana, having attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. A self-admitted business junkie, Brett was hooked when he read his first Business Week at age 12, and entered the business world while working at a Ford dealership during his college years. "Seek the perfect match between the seller and the buyer, then make it happen" are Brett's guiding words.
